Today's biggest problem of the sport industry are plenty of fairy tales, myths and stereotypes that are stuck in people’s minds. This misinformation leads to ineffective training, time and potential loss of the person. Beginners do not know where the truth is and what is marketing. They believe in magic pills and quick results, and finally, they hurt themselves and experience disappointment. My goal is to show the way to reasonable training and to emphasize important aspects.
As an active athlete-enthusiast and trainer, I’m always looking for new information, research and ideas for training. I try new methods myself and only after positive feedback I implement them into the training plans of my clients. As a personal trainer, I do my best to find out the right treatment for my clients. Each training session should be motivating to develop new physical abilities and to bring the body back into healthy motion. That should be fun and pleasant. In particular, it is important to transform duty into desire. Thanks to many years of experience in fitness and strength training as well as my professional education, I can offer the best strategies and training plan for my clients.
